Like other people are mentioning the motor is loud, however what they are missing is that the motor has to work very hard to make ice cream. The frozen yogurt that I made is fluffy and divine. The motor will run until your ice cream is ideally thick and creamy. The bucket you will want to soak in water over night before use, and it not only provides a feeling of days gone by but a tightly sealed housing for the ice and rock salt. There is literally no flaw in this coffee; it is exactly as advertised. Definitely a super strong coffee! Not overly bitter- a good sipper.
