This is a strong coffee with a very oily bean. If you have a gravity feed coffee grinder, you will have to stir frequently to keep the beans flowing. Kicking Horse Coffee 454 Horse Power 2.2 Pound Certified Delicious Organic makes a very heavy brew. I bought one bag of this because the same roaster's "Kick Ass" roast was not available. I went back to Kick Ass.

Really love kicking horse coffee. Kick ass dark is bold and upon opening the bag when it arrives, you can't help but make an espresso immediately. Really strong. Really rich. Powerful. Smooth. This coffee is fantastic! Ultra smooth and rich flavor. I like bold coffee with bold flavors and I don't add cream.

This Kicking Horse Coffee 454 Horse Power needs nothing! Strong flavors that stand other own. I am sure someone else will pan this coffee or my review, some coffee snob or other such annoying individual, but if you are like me & just like good tasting quality coffee, this is the shot. After opening the pack of beans, I was hit with the great smell of the coffee, I just knew I would be hooked.

Sure enough, I ground up the coffee as instructed on the bag, set it in the K-Cup for coffee grounds, and waited. I am on probably my 20th cup, I have had the coffee for 3 days. By the way, the coffee actually gives me energy, unlike any other coffee I have had.

Initially skeptical of buying coffee online, especially at a more premium price tag, I purchased 454 Horse Power and selected overnight delivery in desperation. Love this Kicking Horse Coffee 454 Horse Power 2.2 Pound Certified Delicious Organic enough to have it on subscription. Have to supplement sometimes because I drink so much coffee but this is my first choice and have made it after many years of searching.
