Makes Starbucks Look Like Folgers. I admit I hesitated on the price of this Cameron's Organic French Roast Whole Bean Coffee, but I took a chance and have not been disappointed. In fact, just the opposite. My husband and I have been delighted by the superb flavor. The aroma is intoxicating!

This is excellent French roast coffee. It's not over roasted/burnt tasting & the flavor is complex. The beans are oily, black & I found no quakers (underdeveloped coffee beans that make coffee taste awful - they stick out because they do not roast/darken properly). Well worth every penny. I will be ordering a refill soon because we're going through it quickly.

Cameron's is a great tasting coffee and a great value for the price. This particular favorite--along with the toasted pecan--is my favorite. I'm a picky coffee drinker, and I'm impressed by the quality of this coffee. I have also tried Cameron's Organic French Roast.

It is equally good but perhaps a little less intense. For those who don't care for Starbucks French Roast - (I personally find it over roasted/burnt but ok) you may want to give this coffee a try. I like real coffee with perhaps just a touch of real cream in the first cup followed by successive dilution with hot coffee top-offs (no more cream).

I am not a coffee "snob" but I don't believe all coffee is the same, I like to taste my coffee - not the extras. With that very first cup, we both agreed this would be a new "staple" in our pantry. As for the price, well again that's not my primary criteria with food and beverages - taste and quality are higher priorities for me.
